Yes, we do! You can use code HELLO20 for 20% off your first order. This discount code expires on 11/29/15.

  • What is your return/exchange policy? 

We do not accept returns and/or exchanges.

  • I received my item and it is defective. What should I do? 

If your item is defective, kindly contact customer service at hello@shopsocialfly.com, and we will help in issuing you a refund and/or sending out new merchandise to you.

  • How long will it take for me to receive my order? 

It normally takes up to 10 days for you to receive your item in the mail.

  • I have not received my item. What should I do?
